went to the studio today and tracked bass, vocals, and guitar for letters from aiden and stonemen. tomorrow we do revolver and some small kingdom. the drums get done sometime next week and then our EP/demo is finished and ready to press. it’s amazing what can happen when we actually put our minds to something.
We’ve officially recorded all 4 tracks without drums, and drums should be dropped in tomorrow. Other than a slightly botched beginning to Some Small Kingdom, everything will be 100% ready for press after tomorrow’s recording session. SSK is soon to follow.

also, at the band meeting last night, Justin told us that our promoter wants a press kit by next week to give out to venues around Atlanta. An example of a gig we could have would be at a bar we played at once which will pay $200 a week +tips. Our friend and producer Taylor also has an internship at 99X alternative radio station this summer which means we’ll probably be getting some air time on their 10 o’clock up and coming bands slot. We also have a photoshoot next week, we’re starting recording, and we’re going to start playing shows 2 or even 3 a week. holla.
…I’m glad I’m primarily a friend, and secondarily a producer to these guys. It’s exactly how I’d hope it would be!
I’m at a coffee house meeting with my band and Justin just picked me up and ran across the place with me on his back with me screaming “onward noble steed!” people Are staring. This is one way to get famous.
